COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Illinois Instruments EC900 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Incom-International parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Industrial-Gold product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MDD71BN030N2S095GB1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RP1 manufactured by Incom-International and we are pleased to be able to service most Incom-International systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IGQ103 by Manufacturer Industrial-Gold as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ina Brand KTN16BPPAS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Info-lite such as 68736M14XTOCS401 equipment made by Info-lite have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Info-lite products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Info-lite" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAC063D0FS4C made by Indramat as well as the popular 2781000021 original spares produced by Innova Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 788119160937881191677 by Imation and 68736M14XTOCS401 spares by Info-lite are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
