COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hydra Cell Electric P400NSJSS010S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ibc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Icos-Vision-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Iai product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ibc such as the 7010P1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MC46905 manufactured by Icos-Vision-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Icos-Vision-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ISPDACRSI608100T1MAQB by Manufacturer Iai as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Iai Brand ISPASYMA608300T1AQ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ifm such as 03D303 equipment made by Ifm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ifm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ifm" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CABL0206 made by Hypertherm as well as the popular HR5A325X16 original spares produced by Hydro-line Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0390204A0904 by Iee and 03D303 spares by Ifm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RCP2RA4CI42P25200P1NB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Iai. |
