COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hunkar Labs 60550LCDDAT parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Quartech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 6FM28054AS316FM28054AS31 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8330W manufactured by Quartech and we are pleased to be able to service most Quartech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6AV12420AB10 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Modicon Brand 920092200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Allen-Bradley such as 6181P15TS2KHX equipment made by Allen-Bradley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Allen-Bradley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Allen-Bradley" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6AV76120AB220BJ0 made by Siemens as well as the popular 6186M19PTSS original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6AV21814GB100AX0 by Siemens and 6181P15TS2KHX spares by Allen-Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 9103910201 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Millipore. |
