COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Horner Electric, General Electric, Fanuc HE693THM880G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hydro-Instruments products, including obsoleted and phased-out Huttinger-Elektronik parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Iai product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hydro-Instruments such as the GA70 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 128856 manufactured by Huttinger-Elektronik and we are pleased to be able to service most Huttinger-Elektronik systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DSSA5M400 by Manufacturer Iai as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Iai Brand IXNSN50165LT1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hypertherm such as 128727 equipment made by Hypertherm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hypertherm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hypertherm" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 120PSIG made by Hytork as well as the popular DSCRSA4I2025100LN24SP10038756C original spares produced by Iai Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LSAS8SSI100240T2 by Iai and 128727 spares by Hypertherm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EIAXL0681S80A0D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hytork. |
