COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hope Industrial HIS-ML19-STHE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Horizon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Iai parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hyundai product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Horizon such as the CC1X spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ISMXM20100700N2 manufactured by Iai and we are pleased to be able to service most Iai systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature H47TC by Manufacturer Hyundai as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Iai Brand RCP2RA10CI86P550P2NB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hypertherm such as AM999HPX equipment made by Hypertherm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hypertherm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hypertherm" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E108566502 made by Hp as well as the popular Beta70CZSS32AT5E75490850AKAZ11ES104BL0 original spares produced by Hsb-Automation Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 59676010 by Hubbell and AM999HPX spares by Hypertherm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MR1028 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Howden. |
