COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HC510RK4230 manufactured by Hetronik and we are pleased to be able to service most Hetronik systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PS2060MPa by Manufacturer Heneng as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hirshmann Brand 943434041 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hitachi such as BEL equipment made by Hitachi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hitachi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hitachi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3850080 made by Hologic as well as the popular ROC4135127S758 original spares produced by Heidenhain Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2083028141 by Homatic and BEL spares by Hitachi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 31221502 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Heidenhain. |
