COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Harmonic Drive HPD-60-28-B1-R/9-38-40-M5-65 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hewitt-Robin-Foote-Bros products, including obsoleted and phased-out Iko parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ikegami product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hewitt-Robin-Foote-Bros such as the 115H25 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SBB482RS manufactured by Iko and we are pleased to be able to service most Iko systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Monitor3 by Manufacturer Ikegami as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ina Brand PSHE60 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Horton such as 929600MIU625 equipment made by Horton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Horton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Horton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RASE120 made by Ina as well as the popular SPEC569 original spares produced by Hub-City Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GZ4V60MGX by Heynau and 929600MIU625 spares by Horton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CF022000921165 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hub-City. |
