COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Harmonic Drive CSF-17-80-2A-R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Grove-Flexline parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Engel product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the CC421834 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BMQ11752 manufactured by Grove-Flexline and we are pleased to be able to service most Grove-Flexline systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BSK30120AR26B702 by Manufacturer Engel as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Leeson Brand C6T17FC110F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Okuma such as BLMC25J20TB equipment made by Okuma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Okuma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Okuma" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BPH1153N5AF2CA2 made by Modicon as well as the popular CM3771T original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BPH0751N5AF2CA1 by Schneider and BLMC25J20TB spares by Okuma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CD100AI4006A111150363T6 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Price-Pump. |
