COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Harmonic Drive 14-50 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ina products, including obsoleted and phased-out Heinzmann parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hub-City product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ina such as the GIKFR18PB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 882111319 manufactured by Heinzmann and we are pleased to be able to service most Heinzmann systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PT21107S by Manufacturer Hub-City as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Horton Brand 9235111162157 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hytrol such as 4A201RH equipment made by Hytrol have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hytrol products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hytrol" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 96800 made by Helwig as well as the popular 321253636Z original spares produced by Huco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RASEA40H by Ina and 4A201RH spares by Hytrol are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 21120C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hub-City. |
