COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hanna Instruments HI-943500A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Heidenhain products, including obsoleted and phased-out Harowe parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Helm product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Heidenhain such as the LCD120136 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 21BRCX331F45 manufactured by Harowe and we are pleased to be able to service most Harowe systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A10A8020 by Manufacturer Helm as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Heidenhain Brand ROD426300003S1203 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hannstar such as HSD190MEN3A00 equipment made by Hannstar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hannstar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hannstar" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available H4890P137 made by Harland-Simon as well as the popular 3G3RXA4075E1F original spares produced by Hitachi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCR5C1CC by Harmonic-Drive and HSD190MEN3A00 spares by Hannstar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LC195F Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Heidenhain. |
