COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hamon Research RK-1330 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Idec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mighty-Viper product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the VCP112ECN003NNNNPW spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ZY1CSS3152 manufactured by Idec and we are pleased to be able to service most Idec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VT8 by Manufacturer Mighty-Viper as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ctc Brand XPR06VT2P3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Telemecanique such as XBTBB24 equipment made by Telemecanique have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Telemecanique products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Telemecanique" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3HAC031683004 made by Abb as well as the popular SE9201BBoard original spares produced by Seiwa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XBTG2130 by Modicon and XBTBB24 spares by Telemecanique are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XBTGT1335 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider. |
