COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gurley Precision Instruments LE18-005A-05L-120C-03SP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Harland-Simon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Heavyd parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Heidelberg product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Harland-Simon such as the H4893P470 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HD061 manufactured by Heavyd and we are pleased to be able to service most Heavyd systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5496540 by Manufacturer Heidelberg as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hd-Systems Brand RH11D3001E100AL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Haas such as 93325552B equipment made by Haas have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Haas products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Haas" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 482000921 made by Hankison as well as the popular 76435100001SA786 original spares produced by Hauni Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 482090046 by Hankison and 93325552B spares by Haas are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 323201D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Haas. |
