COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gurley Precision Instruments 795-18 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hamamatsu products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hathaway parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Harland-Simon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hamamatsu such as the L101017 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QBO3403K02HE manufactured by Hathaway and we are pleased to be able to service most Hathaway systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature H4893P277 by Manufacturer Harland-Simon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Heidenhain Brand BC120F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hardinge such as NV0003797AE equipment made by Hardinge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hardinge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hardinge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HM79TSM made by Helm as well as the popular MTS05 original spares produced by Heitronics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FL9027VX by Hach and NV0003797AE spares by Hardinge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3422A5A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hach. |
