COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gurley Precision 2000-53 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hengstler products, including obsoleted and phased-out Heidenhain parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Haas product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hengstler such as the AC58 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 31252201 manufactured by Heidenhain and we are pleased to be able to service most Heidenhain systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 323201D by Manufacturer Haas as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Harland-Simon Brand H4890P1386 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hanna-Instruments such as HI8931DN equipment made by Hanna-Instruments have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hanna-Instruments products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hanna-Instruments" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 939620183 made by Hamo as well as the popular 1424039B1024 original spares produced by Heidenhain Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 403050151J by Heidenhain and HI8931DN spares by Hanna-Instruments are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ROD426300003S1203 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Heidenhain. |
