COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gtr Nissei G3LB-32-15-150 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Wittur products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sumitomo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Emerson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Wittur such as the DSM405120R967UN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F132S4NPW manufactured by Sumitomo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sumitomo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature F887500437 by Manufacturer Emerson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Powertec Brand E183E4B1NOA1010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Esta such as ER100205 equipment made by Esta have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Esta products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Esta" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FDR71A4Q made by Dietz as well as the popular E194BE194 original spares produced by Us-Motor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ES2020A2302 by Nsk and ER100205 spares by Esta are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DV514L Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Amk. |
