COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Grove Gear VHHM 232 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hitachi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ite parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hitachi such as the L300P370HFU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A203D manufactured by Ite and we are pleased to be able to service most Ite systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HDS031W100NHS7901 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hoffman Brand 3003LPSCITypeYorZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gurley such as A25SB16P026A06E1TN equipment made by Gurley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gurley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gurley" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TRANS01710P01 made by Indramat as well as the popular SJ700D150LFUF3 original spares produced by Hitachi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BDS320840012004503A2 by Industrial and A25SB16P026A06E1TN spares by Gurley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TDA131003A0I Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
