COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Grimes Aerospace / Janitrol A32D37 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ohmega-Solenoid-Co products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pilz parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ishida product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ohmega-Solenoid-Co such as the 3167068 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PU3Z120240VAC3no1nC6so manufactured by Pilz and we are pleased to be able to service most Pilz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P5377B by Manufacturer Ishida as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Honeywell Brand RA890F1478 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Olympic-Controls such as 80124C28 equipment made by Olympic-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Olympic-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Olympic-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CJ1WB7A22 made by Omron as well as the popular RM7888A1019 original spares produced by Honeywell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PNOZm1p by Pilz and 80124C28 spares by Olympic-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4150181002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hurco. |
