COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Great Lakes Instruments 95T1A0B1N parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ctc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Totoku parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ctc such as the ABR3200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A02B0076C127 manufactured by Totoku and we are pleased to be able to service most Totoku systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CJ1GCPU45H by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Square-D Brand C1600 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as A16B2201008006A equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BP87202 made by Gd-California-Inc as well as the popular BTV012CA08N50BAANNFW original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AHM6080P1 by Aplex and A16B2201008006A spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A02B0060C042 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
