COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Good Year 2926V546 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Harmonic-Drive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Grove parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Helwig product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Harmonic-Drive such as the HDUC40800A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NHFHMQ81820HR5614 manufactured by Grove and we are pleased to be able to service most Grove systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 95400 by Manufacturer Helwig as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gtc Brand WS90E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hase-Gear such as BHV70 equipment made by Hase-Gear have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hase-Gear products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hase-Gear" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GPL0652 made by Gysin as well as the popular 8VX2000 original spares produced by Good-Year Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GRTMQ82440L140 by Grove and BHV70 spares by Hase-Gear are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original JFN42B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hansen. |
