COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the George Kovacs P873-70-L parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Giddings--Lewis products, including obsoleted and phased-out Graco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gigatronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Giddings--Lewis such as the MMCSD60460SER spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 289702 manufactured by Graco and we are pleased to be able to service most Graco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 80325A by Manufacturer Gigatronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Grossenbacher Brand 5070084 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Grimm-Zufuhrtechnik such as RF30 equipment made by Grimm-Zufuhrtechnik have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Grimm-Zufuhrtechnik products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Grimm-Zufuhrtechnik" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5020378100 made by Giddings-Lewis as well as the popular MAJ821001 original spares produced by Gould Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HCSLH5625 by Hall-Control-Systems and RF30 spares by Grimm-Zufuhrtechnik are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ASB260010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gould. |
