COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the George Kovacs P177-67-L parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Haas products, including obsoleted and phased-out Grohmann parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Giddings--Lewis product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Haas such as the 93175A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KDGRO40000 manufactured by Grohmann and we are pleased to be able to service most Grohmann systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NSM3406 by Manufacturer Giddings--Lewis as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Guided-Wave Brand MUX100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Greenlee-Tools such as EK1550LX230 equipment made by Greenlee-Tools have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Greenlee-Tools products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Greenlee-Tools" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4013420132 made by Giddings--Lewis as well as the popular FL9047VR original spares produced by Hach Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 323201M by Haas and EK1550LX230 spares by Greenlee-Tools are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XL03V4B3N Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Graseby. |
