COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Georg Fischer 3-2450-5H parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gildemeister products, including obsoleted and phased-out Giddings--Lewis parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Grove-gear product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gildemeister such as the 170430302000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DSM75 manufactured by Giddings--Lewis and we are pleased to be able to service most Giddings--Lewis systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GRTMQ81310D56 by Manufacturer Grove-gear as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Giddings--Lewis Brand 5020384044R0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gesytec such as PLE0315 equipment made by Gesytec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gesytec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gesytec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HSM845 made by Giddings--Lewis as well as the popular 8125S02500NRF02A00TM original spares produced by Gurley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5020205400 by Giddings--Lewis and PLE0315 spares by Gesytec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original G3FM4020075WX Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gtr. |
