COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gec Alsthom MBCH13D1BD1001D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lexmark products, including obsoleted and phased-out Metrabyte parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Monarch-Cortland product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lexmark such as the 35S6851 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PC6302 manufactured by Metrabyte and we are pleased to be able to service most Metrabyte systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E49932 by Manufacturer Monarch-Cortland as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gordos Brand SMODC5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Moeller such as 719ACRC equipment made by Moeller have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Moeller products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Moeller" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P5160B made by Ishida as well as the popular SLR11SLU2 original spares produced by Keyence Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TD15121001 by Leach and 719ACRC spares by Moeller are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H5AN4DM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
