COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gea Tuchenhagen TM15L2DAK parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Graseby-/-Volkmann products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gemu parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gurley-Precision-Instruments product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Graseby-/-Volkmann such as the 20031AAG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D74653 manufactured by Gemu and we are pleased to be able to service most Gemu systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LE18005A05L120C03SP by Manufacturer Gurley-Precision-Instruments as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Giken Brand gfcs2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gfg such as 2044001 equipment made by Gfg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gfg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gfg" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 170430302000 made by Gildemeister as well as the popular DSP3 original spares produced by Goring-Kerr Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5020355102R0 by Giddings--Lewis and 2044001 spares by Gfg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P823971L Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer George-Kovacs. |
