COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ge Fanuc IC754VBF12CTD-CB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Control-Techniques products, including obsoleted and phased-out Daido parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Westinghouse product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Control-Techniques such as the MHM490CONS0000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MRS010411A12003 manufactured by Daido and we are pleased to be able to service most Daido systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PC700B20304004 by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Asea Brand NDCU22 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Allen-bradley such as MPFB330PMJ22AA equipment made by Allen-bradley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Allen-bradley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Allen-bradley" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available J2257NTJ053 made by Ge-Drive as well as the popular KDV13100200300115 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDSBSPH300 by Mitsubishi and MPFB330PMJ22AA spares by Allen-bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original INR244436 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Smc. |
