COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ge Fanuc IC693CPU374CJ parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Parker product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the P3721140338701 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MKD071B061GP1KN manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature L5300 by Manufacturer Parker as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-bradley Brand MEAD5KP4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Merlin-Gerin such as MG33490 equipment made by Merlin-Gerin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Merlin-Gerin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Merlin-Gerin" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NSFPC10GS1 made by Rexroth as well as the popular NZMN3VE400NA original spares produced by Cutler-hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDSBSPH370 by Mitsubishi and MG33490 spares by Merlin-Gerin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MBT100L Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Btg. |
