COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ge Fanuc IC693CPU352 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Modicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Door-man parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Modicon such as the MMPMA140SC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ICS05149 manufactured by Door-man and we are pleased to be able to service most Door-man systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M848 by Manufacturer Dec as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Windsor Brand MPMUW1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Banner-Engineering such as P4COR equipment made by Banner-Engineering have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Banner-Engineering products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Banner-Engineering" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MG33490 made by Merlin-Gerin as well as the popular IC693CPU363 original spares produced by Ge-Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MIKP61001 by Nematron-Corp and P4COR spares by Banner-Engineering are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSK070E0150NNS2UGORNNN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth. |
