COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ge Fanuc IC693APU302 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schneider-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cognex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneider-Electric such as the ISH1403007501000001000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MAC071C0US3C095B0S001 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ISM1403 by Manufacturer Cognex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Wilden Brand P8AAAPPNESNENE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Iwama such as MBT160LN equipment made by Iwama have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Iwama products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Iwama" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MMPMA2400C made by Modicon as well as the popular JH19T02VALA1 original spares produced by Hatteland Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ICT13A by Abb and MBT160LN spares by Iwama are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P4CORS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Banner-Engineering. |
