COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ge Fanuc DS3800HPIB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge-Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out George-Kovacs parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gems product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge-Fanuc such as the ROP601 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P17767L manufactured by George-Kovacs and we are pleased to be able to service most George-Kovacs systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 184169 by Manufacturer Gems as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Goss-Internationa Brand FG940016 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge-Fanuc such as I752WTC552AC equipment made by Ge-Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge-Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge-Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available I754CSL12CDTEC made by Ge-Fanuc as well as the popular MD201NWJA original spares produced by Goss Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KW1 by Gossen-Metrawatt-Camille-Bauer and I752WTC552AC spares by Ge-Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GS25 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gimatic. |
