COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fuji Electric NP1X1606-W parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pilz parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Modicon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the 6219934 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S1MN manufactured by Pilz and we are pleased to be able to service most Pilz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TSXDMZ28DTK by Manufacturer Modicon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lae Brand MTR6T4RDS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hecon such as 890 equipment made by Hecon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hecon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hecon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DP462 made by Omega as well as the popular QD75P2 original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PK60IIICE116010066F by Monovolt and 890 spares by Hecon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CVM1PA208 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
