COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fort Worth SC011 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Good-Year products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gates parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gates product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Good-Year such as the D16008M20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8MX90S36 manufactured by Gates and we are pleased to be able to service most Gates systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 16008M35E by Manufacturer Gates as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Garlock Brand 210863231 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by General-Electric such as 7NA712LT2AA equipment made by General-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire General-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "General-Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 22038925 made by General-Motors as well as the popular 246002638 original spares produced by Garlock Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KLC125 by Gam and 7NA712LT2AA spares by General-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 14M43S37E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gates. |
