COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Force Control 02-3S3-L1QC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gates products, including obsoleted and phased-out Good-Year parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gates product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gates such as the 14M238090 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3VX850 manufactured by Good-Year and we are pleased to be able to service most Good-Year systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 91815224 by Manufacturer Gates as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gates Brand 3B116 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gkn-/-Stromag such as MGL24 equipment made by Gkn-/-Stromag have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gkn-/-Stromag products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gkn-/-Stromag" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 350014MGT85 made by Gates as well as the popular 56CFHSG608990056 original spares produced by Gates Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 78101714 by Gates and MGL24 spares by Gkn-/-Stromag are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MB280115034 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Force-Control. |
