COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Foote Jones HYP-0-7-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gam products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Girard product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gam such as the EPLH064010HN23A03 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CR1062R2B manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 35BR160 by Manufacturer Girard as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fullkey-Sonac Brand SG90L2151470 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gates such as 90944090 equipment made by Gates have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gates products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gates" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1802600130 made by Fristam as well as the popular 4430V1150 original spares produced by Gates Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 215SM10 by Fort-Worth and 90944090 spares by Gates are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GR11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gast. |
