COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Foote Jones 120-LHU parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued General-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Force-Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Formsprag product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader General-Electric such as the 893A204ATG01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 254A3U1Q9 manufactured by Force-Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Force-Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FSR121375 by Manufacturer Formsprag as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gam Brand 49602222080 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gates such as B285PC equipment made by Gates have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gates products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gates" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 249A9516AA4 made by Ge as well as the popular 3VX710 original spares produced by Gates Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 616014M55 by Gates and B285PC spares by Gates are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 120LHU Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Foote-Jones. |
