COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Foote Jones 070-R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gates products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gates parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Force-Control product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gates such as the HT150161014M85 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B500 manufactured by Gates and we are pleased to be able to service most Gates systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MB320S15052 by Manufacturer Force-Control as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gates Brand 26008MGT30 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gam such as EPLH085005H080B01 equipment made by Gam have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gam products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gam" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CUSTIDENTNOD3AH2875A1B made by Ford as well as the popular 22008M50 original spares produced by Gates Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 27034000A598 by Garlock and EPLH085005H080B01 spares by Gam are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 251B1S5S6 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Force-Control. |
