COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Flowline Flow Line Siemens Rosemount Emerson L77-5004 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Galil-Motion-Control products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gl-Electronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ford-Motor-Co. product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Galil-Motion-Control such as the DMC1810 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4013420542 manufactured by Gl-Electronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Gl-Electronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DSPA11E07 by Manufacturer Ford-Motor-Co. as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Frog-Navigation-Systems Brand CP91011 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Galil such as AMP19540 equipment made by Galil have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Galil products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Galil" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4735 made by Ge as well as the popular GBH1 original spares produced by Gardner-Denver Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DMC2123 by Galil and AMP19540 spares by Galil are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3010M12 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gates. |
