COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Emerson EMERSON DMX208CB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Marathon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cloos parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Marathon such as the DQJ213TTDW4054BE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DSD028S44U6054 manufactured by Cloos and we are pleased to be able to service most Cloos systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EM2531T5 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand CWDM3711T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Powertec such as E183E4B1NOA1010 equipment made by Powertec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Powertec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Powertec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DDS021A150D made by Indramat as well as the popular DFT80N4KSS37DT80N4KS original spares produced by Sew Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DR1B015G2C5A4G20300379 by Yokogawa and E183E4B1NOA1010 spares by Powertec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EH90A1B500Z24P0X6PA549 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Miller. |
