COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Elmo Motion Control CLA-6 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Emotron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ems,-Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Elwood product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Emotron such as the MSF250 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CIMRG3U20P4 manufactured by Ems,-Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Ems,-Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 120082003 by Manufacturer Elwood as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Endress-Hauser Brand DB52AOS31FC13GE30 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Erhardt--Leimer such as CV2201 equipment made by Erhardt--Leimer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Erhardt--Leimer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Erhardt--Leimer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1151GP7E22 made by Emerson as well as the popular 190U2B300BACAA215320 original spares produced by Emerson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FTI55AAM1RGJ43D1 by Endress-Hauser and CV2201 spares by Erhardt--Leimer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
