COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electron Tubes 9828B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued E-mon-D-mon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emerson-Saftronics-Digistart parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Elmo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader E-mon-D-mon such as the E504801600R06KIT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IMS205137C12F1E0 manufactured by Emerson-Saftronics-Digistart and we are pleased to be able to service most Emerson-Saftronics-Digistart systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GSOLWHI10 by Manufacturer Elmo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Emerson Brand DMC109 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Elitech such as PMS20 equipment made by Elitech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elitech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elitech" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 0020117D made by Electro-parts-Linak as well as the popular 1151DP5E22 original spares produced by Emerson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PMC131A22F1Q4R by Endress-Hauser and PMS20 spares by Elitech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FMX21FNL60 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Endress-Hauser. |
