COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electro Craft 528-015REVB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nachi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cmc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Morse product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nachi such as the 4144N11E36 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4102DCB300H0AB0001 manufactured by Cmc and we are pleased to be able to service most Cmc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 30RWB91MMOOO1 by Manufacturer Morse as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Renold Brand 35A2X10FT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leroy-Somer such as 3LS90LCO equipment made by Leroy-Somer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leroy-Somer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leroy-Somer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 33A7BEPMF1 made by Bodine as well as the popular 34R6BFCIW original spares produced by Bodine Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 36H017X882 by Baldor and 3LS90LCO spares by Leroy-Somer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3KW95 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dayton. |
