COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Edmund Optics 56678 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Electromatic-Equipment products, including obsoleted and phased-out Egan parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Emu4-va2 product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Electromatic-Equipment such as the TELCRX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 435340 manufactured by Egan and we are pleased to be able to service most Egan systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Electric by Manufacturer Emu4-va2 as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Electronics-Corporation-Of-America Brand 42RLU4003 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Elwood-Gettys such as M432NCN07G7 equipment made by Elwood-Gettys have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elwood-Gettys products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elwood-Gettys" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 0183N25K2C60N165 made by Emerson as well as the popular PS511124P16D original spares produced by Electro-Cam Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DXE208C by Emerson and M432NCN07G7 spares by Elwood-Gettys are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7P2CDP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emerson. |
