COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Eberhard Bauer MOTOR WITH BRAKE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lenze products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lenze such as the MCS09D41SRMBOA14NST5500NROSU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MC1203LR manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC112D0HD1B130A1J625S005 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ormec Brand MACDB200QI in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Electrol such as M4619AB equipment made by Electrol have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electrol products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electrol" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MDM212Q3V made by Nachi as well as the popular MACB025BK1A original spares produced by Ormec Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAC90C0GD4C110A0GR277S01 by Indramat and M4619AB spares by Electrol are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MKD112B048GP1AN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
