COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Eberhard Bauer G072-10/DPK884-200-W parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emerson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the F72120SB5G spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EMERSONDXM316CB manufactured by Emerson and we are pleased to be able to service most Emerson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E830189 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand E702 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Us-Electric such as F3463D10288 equipment made by Us-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Us-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Us-Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FVJ184THTL17078AAL made by Ssd-Drives as well as the popular FDMC19SA453820283 original spares produced by Cem-Electo-mecanique Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ED4MULRY by Tsubaki and F3463D10288 spares by Us-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DM1B015G1C2A4S20300202 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yokogawa. |
