COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Eaton Cutler-hammer 1775T-PMPP-1700 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Emerson-Saftronics-Digistart products, including obsoleted and phased-out Efd parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Electro-Industries-Gaugetech product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson-Saftronics-Digistart such as the IMS205137C12F1E0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7060RA manufactured by Efd and we are pleased to be able to service most Efd systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NEXUS by Manufacturer Electro-Industries-Gaugetech as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Emerson Brand 9706982 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Eeco such as 12670601 equipment made by Eeco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eeco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eeco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 96010003 made by Emerson as well as the popular 162600304 original spares produced by Emerson-Industrial-Automation Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CLAP15 by Elmo-Motion and 12670601 spares by Eeco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2006010V1D2INP100SX Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electro-Industries-Gaugetech-Shark. |
