COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Eaton A7cge45a040 A7CGE45A040 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electro-craft parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eliwell product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the 403112150 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BRU200 manufactured by Electro-craft and we are pleased to be able to service most Electro-craft systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EWHS284 by Manufacturer Eliwell as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Electro-mechanical Brand D3524 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Electro-craft such as 9101748 equipment made by Electro-craft have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electro-craft products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electro-craft" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M431NNN09T08 made by Elwood-Gettys as well as the popular SSA original spares produced by Elmo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ES0040U1A04A14K by El-o-matic and 9101748 spares by Electro-craft are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1262S36S1060SEINP200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electro. |
