COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dwyer Instruments A3001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eaton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynisco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eaton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eaton such as the ECN0551BAAR63 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PT462E5M12 manufactured by Dynisco and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynisco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ECN1612BABR63 by Manufacturer Eaton as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Eaton Brand 799B47 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dynamics-Research-Corp such as LX1B0008BNR20 equipment made by Dynamics-Research-Corp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynamics-Research-Corp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynamics-Research-Corp" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6250360010 made by Dynapar as well as the popular 140022 original spares produced by Eaton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ECN1608BABR63 by Eaton and LX1B0008BNR20 spares by Dynamics-Research-Corp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ECN1612AHC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eaton. |
