COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dover Flexo Electronics PBU5.29-2000-2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dynapach products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eae parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dynapar product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynapach such as the 4202879 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PC635E4H01HUK manufactured by Eae and we are pleased to be able to service most Eae systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HR62510240D41 by Manufacturer Dynapar as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dytran Brand 1050V2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Duff-norton such as MEAEC00A14BAB equipment made by Duff-norton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Duff-norton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Duff-norton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M900518L made by Duff-norton as well as the popular SCN6 original spares produced by Dyadic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GLSPD291018 by Duff-norton and MEAEC00A14BAB spares by Duff-norton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SD1045B02 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dynaserv. |
