COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dmm Technology Corp. DYN4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dynics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dolch parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dynapar product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynics such as the A2T15T40 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PM10VGR10 manufactured by Dolch and we are pleased to be able to service most Dolch systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HS35R5000H7E by Manufacturer Dynapar as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dynapar Brand H230512010101 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Duff-norton such as KEABB00A015B equipment made by Duff-norton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Duff-norton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Duff-norton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HR62509000101 made by Dynapar as well as the popular AP0504 original spares produced by Dynaquip Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ML4P2 by Dong-Do-Co.-Ltd. and KEABB00A015B spares by Duff-norton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DAV0022NKL1N1P1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dynac. |
