COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Deutschmann Automation TA58 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dragan-Industrial-Services products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynamic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dynamics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dragan-Industrial-Services such as the ETU4MG03 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SRG manufactured by Dynamic and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynamic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FRB by Manufacturer Dynamics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dynamatic Brand 155917 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dvt such as 80025DC512K equipment made by Dvt have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dvt products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dvt" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LT2251250 made by Duff-norton as well as the popular 700200121114011900 original spares produced by Dezurik Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DA15F03 by Dmal and 80025DC512K spares by Dvt are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H220400100133 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dynapar. |
