COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Delta Computer Systems Inc RMC100-Q3-PROFI parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Deltech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dmg-Mori parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Demag product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Deltech such as the 11494514 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7771A02 manufactured by Dmg-Mori and we are pleased to be able to service most Dmg-Mori systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BA0433358 by Manufacturer Demag as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dgd Brand mPro400 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Delta-Design such as 1666339 equipment made by Delta-Design have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Delta-Design products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Delta-Design" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available L1731 made by Dena as well as the popular GBL4C050204D original spares produced by Delta-Tau Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1109044220 by Deublin and 1666339 spares by Delta-Design are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BHT1281QULWBCE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Denso. |
